I was graduated from Colorado State University, PhD in Food Science and Human Nutrition, in 1992. My research interest on food lipid oxidation, development of analysis on antioxidant activity, isolation and identification of new natural antioxidant, bioactives as functional food ingredient, development of delivery system for lipophylic bioactives.
