Background: Dentoalveolar trauma often occurs in the daily life. Dental avulsion is a part of dentoalveolar trauma commonly neglected for some reasons. At present, there are a number of treatment modalities for dentoalveolar fractures with their advantages and disadvantages. Purpose: to report the use of Titanium Trauma Splint (TTS) as a treatment alternative for dental fixation. Case report: An 11-year-old male patient was brought to our clinic with dentoalveolar trauma including a dental avulsion of teeth 11 and 21. A reposition and replantation of the teeth with dental fixation was uneventful healing with no mobility of the teeth, no root resorption, and no pathology of the surrounding alveolar bone. Conclusion: The treatment of dentoalveolar fractures with dental avulsion using titanium trauma splint is satisfactory in result. It is therefore adequate to be an easy and effective modality for dentoalveolar fractures.
