Infertility in men are known can be a serious problem. Many factors in male fertility problems can caused by oxidative stress. Increased oxidative stress caused elevated in TNF-? levels and decreased testosterone levels. The growth factor in Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is potential to reduce TNF-? levels and also advance testosterone levels. Research on PRP use in female reproductive showed good result, but research in male reproductive has not been conducted. The aims of this study were to measured the effect of PRP in intratesticular TNF-? and testosterone levels Wistar rat testes induced by D-galactose. This study used thirty male Wistar rats (200-300 gr, 3 months) were separated into 5 groups. D-galactose was induced by intraperitoneal every day for 6 weeks. PRP was injected by intratesticular one time a week for 6 weeks. This study used ELISA method (kit from Finetest). Kruskal-Wallis test (intratesticular testosterone levels) indicated significant differences (p<0.05). Intratesticular TNF-? levels indicated significant differences (p<0.05) based on One Way ANOVA test. PRP administration can decrease intratesticular TNF-? levels and increase intratesticular testosterone levels
