Technological developments bring changes in the way people interact in their lives. They also have an impact on the workings of the individual within the organization. The classification of features and characteristics of the Web 2.0 technologies will help the management of the institution in supporting and implementing these technologies. A general scoping literature review will be conducted to identify technologies of the Web 2.0 that are used in an organization, to provide an overview of the forms and work environment. A survey in study case is used to get students' perspective of the benefits of the Web 2.0. Factors institutional business needs, awareness and habits of educators and students be advocated the use of Web 2.0. The use of Web 2.0 technologies was contained in the way we communicate and share information. The results show that 78% of respondents agreed to use social media in their learning process. The implementation and the use of Web 2.0 tools require support and full consent of the management and user.
