This study aims to observatory, through monitoring, evaluation under the scheme Sustainable Tourism Observatory (STO) and the Sustainable Tourism Development (STD). Instruments Sustainable Tourism Observatory (STO) is a collection of components to build systems that have a relationship between one component with the other components aimed at generating a structured monitoring information on conservation Art Deco architecture as urban tourism destinations. Other most important objective is to find an indicator to determine the advantages and disadvantages of tourist destinations; improve the quality of tourism products that have the promotion and image as a sustainable tourism destination and improve competitiveness. Snapshoot assessment methods that include: exploration, formulation, implementable Art Deco architectural preservation as a Tourism Destination Cities in Yogyakarta. Architectural Preservation heritage (heritage) multiculturalism is an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of tourism products sustainable.
