Abstrak/Abstract The logistics management information system (eLogistik) was developed to manage distribution of pharmaceutical product from the central, provincial and district levels. This system has been adopted by pharmaceutical installations at all administrative levels since 2015. A variety of approaches are needed for the eLogistik implementation process in all government pharmaceutical installations. National policies and indicators are amongst the facilitating factors of the eLogistk development and maintenance, budget allocation, advocacy, capacity building, technical support and supervision of eLogistik implementation nation-wide. The use of data standard of pharmaceutical product on eLogistik enables the integration of other logistics management systems that have been running in some pharmaceutical installations. This integration at the end contributes to the nationwide monitoring of drug availability. A sustained commitment to cooperation in eLogistik development is needed to meet the needs of developing new modules, changing indicators of necessary drug monitoring and system maintenance. The organizational aspect of pharmaceutical installations is an important key in the eLogistk implementation process, in which the leadership and work culture aspects affect the use of eLogistik in pharmaceutical installations. Although eLogistik can accommodate the needs of public drug monitoring and medical supplies, its use will be optimal if supported by the user's organization. The experience of eLogistik implementation shows that in government organizations, adaptive system development methods are necessary to accommodate dynamic requirements.
