This annual program is arranged to create a strongnetwork between academicians and practitioners in the field of indigenous food. Thus, studentsand staff (undergraduate and graduate) from several countries will participate in this event.
Your expertise and experience will be an excellent addition to our summer course program,which theme is "Local Indigenous Functional Food's Roles In The Era Of Covid19 Pandemic:From Farm to Table" This event will be held virtually on the 13-23 July 2021. It is our honor toinvite you to give a lecture about "Functional Food Product Development " on 16 July 2021 ,at 13.00 – 14.45 (GMT+7). The allocated time is 110 min (including a discussion session). Ifyou wish to make an adjustment to the proposed topic, we could negotiate it further. |
