Abstrak/Abstract Objectives: This study aims to determine the results of the Su Jok Triorigin therapy for reducing various symptoms experienced by people who have physical complaint regarding their physical health problems. Method: This study was a pre-experimental design without a control group. Therapy is given by volunteers who have been specially trained. Su Jok Triorigin therapy uses specific therapeutic method applied on hands, such as meditation which is called Triorigin Smile Meditation (TSM), colour therapy on hands, massaging or twist method, targeting the symptoms experienced by respondents. Respondents were measured on a symptom severity scale (Likert’s scale range from 1-5) before and after therapy. There were 74 participants involved in this study, with details of 22 male and 52 female with the average of 43.43 years old (SD = 15.17, min – max = 4 - 85) in age. Results: The various types of physical symptoms were divided into two categories, problem related to body function system and problem related to region/area of body. Problems related to respiratory system 36% (including COVID-19 symptoms and symptoms post COVID-19), problems related to digestive system were 12%, problems related to temperature regulation (fever) were 7%, problems in extremity area were 12%, problems in head area were 7%, problems related to memory were 8%, feeling weak 4%, the side effect of COVID-19 vaccination 3%, and 11% were others physical complaints. The types of therapy were divided into five methods of therapy which are: meditation method which is called TSM(20%), colour therapy (47%), massage therapy (1%), twist therapy (1%) and combination therapy (31%). Based on the pre and post measurement, the Su Jok Triorigin therapy reduce the physical complaints as much as 1.743 scale. This improvement was also statistically significant with t = 14.31. df = 73, p value < .01. Further, using one type of treatment, or combination of Su Jok Triorigin choice showed similar improvement with no statistically significant difference (F = .969, p value = .412). Conclusions: The results show that the Su Jok Triorigin Method provides effective therapeutic results for reducing symptoms with different physical complaints on different physical health problem.
