Growth and development of broadband
services adopted from technology implemented in all
telecommunication operators to produce new services based
on multimedia. The previous service focus on public access
shifts to personal and home customers, while from the aspect
of the urban serving area to the rural areas. Benchmark in
service quality is end-to-end, where the quality of service
provided meets prespective users of services that bring the
application And content. The services provided are measured
in terms of services network performance (QOS), whereas
user-based user experience and behavior change (QOE) have
not been adapted into operations and are included in the
service quality framework. Correlation between QOE / QOS,
engineering services with QOE approach and assessment on
aspects of service impact. The research will focus on the types
of personal / home-based customers for urban and rural
areas in this case the customers of the internet village
program partners.
