The research on the “Cooperative Capital Schemes Change with the Enactment of Law Number 17 Year 2012 on Cooperatives” is aimed to examine the change of capital schemes impact, the problems arising from its application, and preparedness cooperative in Yogyakarta to addressing the capital schemes by enactment of Law Number 17 Year 2012 thus the method used to conduct the research is combination between documentary study and field study. The result of the research leads to the fact that the change of capital schemes not implemented yet. Beside, the change of cooperation capital schemes accuse of eliminating an important principle such as kinship. Through the research, the efforts to settle this problems are by overhauling the capital schemes to match the cooperative spirit
