Abstrak/Abstract Background. The internet usage in Indonesia increased twofold in the last five years. To answer the need of digital health promotion in Indonesia, in 2017 an internet television titled InaHealth TV were developed. The challenge in maintaining InaHealth TV are improving consumer utilization, finding alternative financial source and developing an interesting content which can compete with other health related content in internet. This article review the effort to overcome the challenge in maintaining internet television in Indonesia. Methods/Intervention. The intervention to maintain health internet television consist of 3 aspects: networking, community involvement and research. Networking aspect implemented by developing partnership with multimedia expert, communication expert and public health expert to evaluate the content. Meanwhile, partnership with ministry of health, educational institution and health care provider were developed to share InaHealth TV’s content to community. InaHealth TV engaged community by assessing community needs of health information through survey and discussion, conducting public competition to develop a content, conducting training and seminars and also reinforced digital marketing through social media. Research were conducted to assess community needs and evaluate community response on InaHealth TV. Result/Outcomes. Involvement of community in production process show a great outcome in improving consumer utilization of InaHealth TV. By conducting a competition events, InaHealth TV subscriber in Youtube platform increased from 800 to 1300 after the competition. Even though the number was not high, but it’s increased steadily every months (approximately 106 subscriber per months). Most of the organization involved in the network supported and understand the importance of InaHealth TV. This attitude foster the continuity of the partnership. Research through online survey in 2018 gain 50 responses and used as the source to develop the content. Implications. Internet television is promising in fostering improvement of digital health promotion and community engagement. Digital era demands health promotor to be more creative and innovative to overcome the challenge in developing digital health promotion.
