Objectives:
Genome sequence of Ralstonia syzygii subsp. celebesensis isolated from Bali, Indonesia has been presented to overcome the lack of information on the molecular characteristics of the pathogen-caused blood disease of banana. This data was a side product of evolutionary analysis of Ralstonia syzygii subsp. celebesensis in Indonesia. More genome data will be published in the research progress to make a comprehensive molecular-genomic comparison of all isolates from every province in Indonesia supported by virulence properties, host diversity, metabolites, and other aspects.
Data description:
Genome sequence of Ralstonia syzygii subsp. celebesensis isolated from Banana cultivar Kepok in Bali consists of the genome structure and G-C percentage, the genome was de novo assembled and then analyzed to gain information about genome length, coding-sequence pattern, and annotation. All the data was collected and processed individually based on the Genome Analysis Pipeline supporting sequence produced from Nanopore Sequencing with its protocol described below. This genome sequence will reveal the molecular aspect of the Ralstonia syzygii subsp. celebesensis from Bali where the location is different based on Wallace Line compared to the published genome from Yogyakarta. |
