Adolescence is one of the stages of development that has distinctive characteristics in the stage of development, one of which is related to relationships with the opposite sex. Nowadays, the form of opposite-sex relationships among adolescents is increasingly worrying, leading to premarital sexual behavior. Aspects of personality that are closely related to asertivity play an important role in the development of adolescent sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to reduce premarital sexual behavior in women with normative asertivity training as a preventive effort. The research method uses an action research method with the subject, namely panti service? X? Yogyakarta. The scale used to collect data with the asertivity scale given before and after training. Data analysis using paired sample t-test and the results showed that there was a decrease in premarital sexual behavior and an increase in asertivity in the study subjects. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that women who took part in normative asertivity training experienced a decrease in premarital sexual behavior and an increase in asertivity.
