Abstrak/Abstract Digital fluency is excellence and competence in using information and communication technology within diverse context of needs and ability to criticize digital information. Digital fluency skills have become foundational needs when every life sectors in society require ICT to assist activities. Therefore, every member of citizens are expected to use ICT contextually and ethically especially in the context of multicultural society as Indonesia. However, the level of digital fluency of citizens are not the same. This appears during the gubernatorial election of DKI Jakarta in 2017. The loss of Ahok-Djarot, incumbent candidate pair, in the second round of gubernatorial election was allegedly related to the spread of digital disinformation. In addition, racial and religious sentiments in the society of DKI Jakarta have been fathomed evident in the last election. The phenomenon has driven a study on digital fluency in diverse socio-economic status (SES) for example age, gender, religion, ethicity, religiousity, level of education and level of income in family. The study focuses on which SES of DKI Jakarta voters that positively correlates to the digital fluency. Survey was conducted to 191 voters of DKI Jakarta. Correlational analysis was applied to the SES and digital fluency.
