COVID-19 pandemic mostly changes the economic and social activities. In the COVID-19 pandemic, health and the economy are two crucial things that are interconnected with each other. Padukuhan Balak is an area included in Kalurahan Pendoworejo administrative. With no industry, agricultural and animal husbandries are two main economic factors that can support social and economic life. Based on the situation, we would like to support the society by mapping the potency of COVID-19 cases using GIS and empowering society by giving education and training on ayam jawa kampung farming, cultivation of catfish, and kangkung in the bucket, and cultivation of medicinal plants. We also give education and nutritional status check for health volunteers in Padukuhan Balak. Overall, these programs can be carried out well. After program implementation, Padukuhan Balak society could manage well for ayam kampung jawa husbandry, cultivate catfish and kangkung in bucket well, and also, they could cultivate well for medicinal plants. According to nutritional status and medical check, all health volunteers have good health and nutritional status. These programs can be an alternative for community empowerment in terms of economy and health in improving welfare during the COVID-19 pandemic.
