Purpose:The purpose of this study was to explore the enumeratorcharacteristics preferredby respondentforlongitudinalstudyinthecaseofSleman HealthDemographicSurveillanceSystem(HDSSSleman).Method:Acasestudywasconductedusingprimaryandsecondarydata.Secondarydatawasintheformoftranscriptofresearchinterview"DesignofRewardSystemfor HDSS Sleman ResearchRespondent",fromrespondentsattritionsamplecategoryon the data collection cycleII. Equipped with primary data in theform of observation when taking HDSS data Sleman cycle III.Results:Researchrespondentspreferredanenumeratorwhoconveyedtheresearchidentity, including explanation of research objectives, researchproceduresand benefits, and agency of the enumerator. The clarity of researchobjectivesisthemainrespondentsreason tostaymotivatedtoparticipateinresearch Sleman HDSS.Conclusion:SlemanHDSS respondents preferredenumeratorswhocommunicatetheresearchidentityintheformofresearchobjectives, research procedures and benefits, as well as agencies, andenumerators. |
