Findings This study found Aedes aegypti in Purbalingga Lor, Penaruban and Sempor Lor was resistant, but in Kembaran Kulo still tolerant with cypermethrin 0.05%. Variables related to Aedes aegypti susceptibility status were negative attitude of respondents with aPR of 0.55 (95% CI 0.38-0.81), p value 0.002 and insecticide use with aPR of 1.22 (95% CI 1.04-1.43), p value 0.013. Conclusion This study concluded inappropriate use of insecticide makes Aedes aegypti susceptibility status increasing. Households needed education about procedure of insecticide use for more effective to eliminate Aedes Aegypti.
