Free radicals are molecules that are very reactive so they can be facilitated by molecules in DNA, lipi, and protein that can be accessed from various diseases. One effort to counteract free radicals using antioxidants. Flavonoid compounds in kecombrang plants and liman treads can be relied upon as natural antioxidants. This study aims to study the 50% Concentration Inhibition (IC50) of ethanol extracts of kecombrang flower fractions, liman tread leaves, patikan kebo, and jati leaves and acid hydrolysis in the air fraction. In addition, a composition analysis was carried out to determine the structure-antioxidant activity of the active composition. The fractionation results were taken from extracts with DPPH ... and collected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 517 nm. The active compound transformed using thin layer chromatography with the appearance of ammonia, FeCl3, and AlCl3 vapor spots. Kecombrang flower extracts and liman tread leaf showed antioxidant activity between low to strong. The best antioxidant activity of kecombrang flower ethanol extract with IC50 was 28.59 ?g/mL, while the highest antioxidant activity was liman tread leaves from 3-hour acid hydrolyzed water fraction with IC50 of 26.51 ?g/mL. The ethyl acetate fraction, air, hydrolyzed air for 10 minutes, 1 hour and 3 hours kecombrang flowers have IC50 of 32.88; 63.83; 48,30; 66.54; 80.99 ?g/mL. While the fraction of ethanol extract, ethyl acetate, air, hydrolyzed air for 10 minutes, and 1 hour of liman tread leaves had IC50 of 43.62; 29.99; 32,533; 46,235; 37.73 ?g/mL. . IC50 value of each patikan kebo herbal fraction, namely 3 hours hydrolyzed water fraction 23.12 µg / mL; ethyl acetate fraction 30.12 µg / mL; 1 hour hydrolyzed water fraction 41.11 µg / mL; water fraction 50.12 µg / mL; ethanol extract 62.44 µg / mL. While the IC50 value of each teak leaf fraction is 3 hours hydrolyzed water fraction 37.27 µg / mL; ethyl acetate fraction 43.07 µg / mL; 1 hour hydrolyzed water fraction 46.28 µg / mL, 48.97 µg / mL water fraction; ethanol extract 58.91 µg / mL. Based on the analysis using parameters based on BDE, HOMO-LUMO, and ?E, hydrogen transfer of the flavonoid composition from the B ring is easier than the hydrogen transfer obtained from the A flavonoid ring. Based on the parameter ?Hf, radicals formed after hydrogen abstraction in the form of flavonoid aglycones have a higher disadvantage than the glycoside form. |
