This research was aimed to determine the effect of cow and goat manure and mycorrhiza on phosphorus uptake and yield of mayze on the first year during conversion from conventional to organic farming systems. The experimental design use complete randomized block design with three replications. The experimental treatment consists of first factor: mycorrhiza (without and with mycorrhizae, a dos-age of 7 g/plant), the second factor is goat and cow manure, the third factor: dos-age of manure (0, 5 and 10 t . ha-1). Total soil P content analyzed using wet diges-tion with nitric acid and acid perchlorat and P total plant tissue analyzed using wet digestion with sulfuric acid and peroxide acid. The results of the research showed that cows and goats manure with doses of both 5 t • ha-1 and 10 t • ha-1 plus mycorrhiza addition significantly increase the chemical properties of the soil such as pH actual, pH potential, soil available P, soil total P and mayze tissue P at vegetative phase. |
