Abstrak/Abstract This study examines how the Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Tourism Awareness Community) manages ecommerce, a technology-based marketing activity, in the Pancoh tourist village. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method that seeks to explore in-depth information about the management of the Pancoh Tourist Village. The research was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. The informants are the Pancoh ecotourism village managers, the tourists, and the local community. Data analysis techniques were conducted through observation, documentation, interviews, literature sources, and the Internet. The results show the role of the tourism awareness community in the form of comprehensive planning, implementation, and supervision. The Pancoh ecotourism village initiated using e-commerce platforms such as social media as a marketing strategy and implementing sustainable tourism development.
