Abstrak/Abstract Land administration is one of the most important milestones to create a sovereign and independent society economically and socially. On the aspect of the quality of land administration data, the Government, through the Ministry of ATR/BPN has a tough task to resolve the quality issues of registered land parcels that has not been mapped. In fact, many registered lands that have been mapped have not yet been validated for the quality of either spatial or juridical data, or maybe both. In this case, there is a need to improve the mapped land data quality by matching adjoining plot of land to minimize the gap and overlap data as well as to locate them on the correct spatial reference system. A potential method to improve the quality of land parcel spatial data is Block Adjustment. This paper aims to present the development of a Plugin which automate the block adjustment process in Phyton programming language. The process is divided into several steps. These include the development of block adjustment algorithm based on the principle of the least squares adjustment. The next step is the development of a plugin to automate the process of block adjustment. The third step is the evaluation of the block adjustment process and utilization of the plugin with real data. As a result, the plugin has proven to be quite effective in processing a map of land parcels by eliminating the gaps and the overlaps between adjoining land parcels, with correct coordinate systems. The adjusted map is presented automatically without having to go through the digitization process. This application also provides a feature for evaluating the results of the Block Adjustment process which includes evaluation of points, lines, and areas.
