This article aims to critically elaborate on the issue of anti-globalization when the world is under attack by the COVID-19 outbreak. This study is directed to analyze critically with “cultural reflection” on the phenomenon of the COVID-19 outbreak. Several relevant primary and secondary literature are critically examined, with the hope of gaining a broader perspective on the issue of anti-globalization amid the COVID-19 pandemic. From the cultural aspect, the point of anti-globalization will change the view and perspective of humans in seeing unique cultural values. From a cultural perspective, the issue of anti-globalization will give spirit to the people of the world, that maintaining local culture and preserving cultural uniqueness is urgent. Besides, the issue of anti-globalization when an outbreak of COVID-19 is hitting the world, will also increasingly make people aware of the importance of family, home, protecting themselves, healthy lifestyles, and introspection. © 2020 by Advance Scientific Research. |
