This study aims to determine the composition and rate of catching cube fold in the waters of the Tuban Regency. The research location was carried out in the Socorejo Village, Tuban Regency. Catching research uses an experimental fishing method which was carried out in December 2018 as many as 10 trips, using 30 units of folding cubes with a size of 50 cm x 50 cm. Each catch is determined by type / species, and measured in length and weight. The catch of crabs and crabs is measured by carapace width, carapace length, and gender identified. The results showed that the catch of folding cube in Tuban sea waters consisted of 18 species. Jangkang ijo crab (Charybdis anisodon) which belongs to the genus Charybdis family portunidae is the most dominant type of catch that is equal to 29.59%, while other types of catch that are quite common are bukur fish (Paramonacanthus choirocephalus) (9.18%), and ketut fish (Terapon jarbua) (8.16%). Fish is the catch of the most cube fold (48.97%) compared to the catch of other groups, namely crabs (29.59%), snails (8.16%), crabs (7.14%), and komang ( 6.12%). The average catch rate for folding cube is 32.00% / trip with a weighted average catch of 436.58 gr / trip. |
