Abstrak/Abstract Food resilient in family level is very important during covid-19 pandemics ang the new normal. We tried to introduce a solar dryer for postharvest handling in small scale farmers to process their agricultural products for longer shelf life and take a benefit for functional food to maintain their family health and as the potency of other business unit in the future. Main parts of this solar dryer is the solar collector to collect sun light and drying cabinet to put and dry the products, therefore the dried products are kept clean. As moringa trees are found everywhere in area of our community service and they are very important as functional food, therefore we did trial to make moringa tea and our moringa leaves dried in 2 days, and the product stayed in green color, dried but fresh and clean.
