Dynamic user in a mobile communication systemencourages the implementation of power control systems that characterized by self-organized and non-cooperative. The need for flexible power control system is also driven by user desires to gain power in accordance with the environmental conditions so as to minimize power consumption. To be able to realize it needed an iterative distributed power control method that can adapt to the distributed user conditions. In order to be implemented, then the power control system must meet the conditions feasible and convergent. Feasibility test carried out with due regard to the power generated must be qualified a nonnegative power vector, the eigenvalues of link gain matrix less than one and also the limits of specified maximum power. Convergence test is done by testing the positivity, monotonicity, and scalability. The results showed there is an association between feasibility and convergence, if the conditions are feasible then converging. But this does not work in reverse, meaning that convergence may not necessarily meet the feasible condition
