Abstrak/Abstract Aqueous homogeneous solution reactor (AHR) is currently most prospectus alternative to be used for production of medical isotope. AHR has advantages that it need less fissile uranium; produce less radioactive waste than other existing isotope production methods. Several actinides could be produced in the reactor due to transmutation process and will increase the radiotoxicity of spent fuel. The propose of this work was to use deterministic depletion method to calculate the production of actinides in a solution reactor. Assessment was conducted on AHR, which is fueled with low enriched uranium (LEU) with enrichment 19.75% and with fuel loading 300 gU/liter. The results from calculation for five weeks burnup time show, that the average production rate of selected actinides (Np-237, Am-241, and Cm-244) was 3.02 kBq per week.
