Batang Kuis District is one of the regions with the development of new infrastructure and economic development in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Regional development triggers land conversion and urban development, thus impacting the carrying capacity of the land. The construction of Kualanamu Airport is a benchmark for calculating land carrying capacity. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between carrying capacity of land and land use in Batang Quiz District in 2010 and 2017. The method used was primary data in the form of Google Earth satellite imagery in Batang Quiz District and secondary data in the form of population and area per village in two years, ie 2010 and 2017. The analysis used is quantitative analysis and spatial analysis. The results obtained are the land carrying capacity table and the Built Land Area Map in Batang Quiz District in 2010 and 2017.
