Analysis of The Effect of Speed Management on Vehicle Queue at Toll Gate Exit in Holiday Period: Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2016 number of passenger car ownership in the area of Jakarta Province reached 3,525,925 units, resulting in high volume of travel from Jakarta and surrounding areas during the long holiday which impact on the queue of vehicles at the Exit Gate Palimanan Toll. According to data from Cipali Toll Road management in 2015, 35 percent of vehicles drove over 100 km/h, with the characteristics of drivers who tend to drive vehicles with high speed and high vehicle volume causing problems queue of vehicles at exit toll gate. This study aims to identify whether speed management can reduce the queue at toll gate Exit, with the help of Vissim software. Data collection by survey of road segment inventory, traffic congregation and spot speed. Analysis using Vissim simulation software with data input stage, calibration, running model and out put data to be validated with statistical test, then conducted running model on 5 speed management scenario. The result of the research shows that speed management influence to queue of vehicle at exit of toll gate during vacation period with scenario 1 result can decrease vehicle queue amount 45.56%, scenario 2 is 50.85%, scenario 3 is 65.55%, scenario 4 is 3.71% and scenario 5 is 9.51%.
