| Abstrak/Abstract | Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is extremely rare in adolescents. Case with locally advanced NPC (Stage T3N3M0(, 17 year-old was presented. Patient received cancer care under multidisciplinary cancer team approach. He received NAC and concurrent chemoradiation with low dose cisplatin. The response assessment showed complete response, and at recent time he achieved progression-free. As mentioned in other literatures the outcomes of young adults with NPC were excellent if treatments were carried in standard protocols within multidisciplinary cancer team care. |
