Technology of spectrum sensing on Cognitive Radio Network (CRN) has opened an opportunity to meet the increasing demand for spectrum. Users who have no license can easily use the spectrum in the idle time of licensed users. The challenge is how SU can use the Spectrum effectively without giving any
interference to PU. The latest work has carried out a modified Genetic Algorithm (GA) to generate a resource allocation scheme that can maximize the network throughput of users SU. However,
the work still does not consider the presence of PU. In this work, we attempted to generate a new scheme to maximize the network throughput of SU regarding the presence of PU.Modification in
the fitness function is aimed to get maximum network throughput and fairly distributed resource. The result is shown by the graph of CDF SIR that the probability value of proposed method
obtained better result than the random one. The use of suitable parameters on GA will affects the computational speed and the convergence process in this system program.
