My primary research interest is on Plant Virology
which includes molecular detection, phylogeny, evolution, and population
analyses. Currently, I am learning about plant virus detection using
more advanced methods such as Real-time PCR and NGS. I am also expanding
my researches into weeds role in Plant Protection, especially as main
or reservoir host for important plant viruses in the tropics.
