Richo is an associate professor focusing on administrative law, good governance, preventing bureaucratic pathology, government contracts, law and development, and comparative public law. He has been serving as a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada since 12/2008. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (SH) from Universitas Islam Indonesia (09/2002 - 08/2006). He earned his Master of Laws (LL.M) and Doctor (Dr.) degrees from Utrecht University, 09/2007 - 08/2008 and 09/2012 - 03/2017, respectively. He welcomes research supervision and/or collaborations on the above areas of focus.
